HSBC the World's Bank? Not in Swindon

HSBC made a profit of £11 000 000 000 (11 billion) last year.
Does this mean HSBC aren't offering customers competitive rates?
I can't comment.

Ex HSBC customers are probably the biggest source of my remortgages.
